Mercury Payment Systems developed this advanced technology to provide proactive—and free—troubleshooting services to our merchants, in partnership with our POS reseller partners. We help our partners customize the alert settings based on the needs of the individual merchant’s business. Our resellers designate the type of activity to be notified about, as well as the people to be notified. Alert types include purchase limit, return limit, percentage keyed limit, batch close limit, and idle time limit.
