Robert Frankfurt is President of of Myca Partners, Inc., a firm he founded in 2006 to invest in value-oriented, small cap, public U.S. companies. His background as a principal investor, capital raiser and allocator, board member, turnaround/restructuring manager, and investment banker enables him to work effectively with senior leadership and large shareholders of portfolio companies to implement business strategy. Prior positions include Partner at Steel Partners and Vice President, Special Situations, at Sandell Asset Management. He is also a director of WHX Corp., a global diversified industrial products company, and Peerless Systems Corp., licensor of imaging and networking technologies for manufacturers of printers, copiers and multi-function devices. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Puroflow, Inc. and MDM Technologies, LLC. Frankfurt graduated from the Wharton School of Business with a B.S. in Economics. He received his MBA at the Anderson Graduate School of Management, UCLA, where he was a Venture Capital Fellow and served as Alumni Class President.
