Giving back to our communities is not only the right thing to do, it’s something we enjoy doing.
With hundreds of employees working in Colorado and throughout the U.S., Mercury can make a positive difference in our communities. Employees can take paid time off from work each year to volunteer during work hours. We also encourage and reward employees who volunteer outside of work hours.
Donating one percent of each employee’s time really adds up. In the last three years, Mercury employees have volunteered over 20,000 hours!
In addition to encouraging our employees to volunteer, Mercury also supports approved nonprofit community programs through cash donations. In the last three years, we have donated an equivalent of $1,000,000 to a variety of nonprofit organizations ($650,000 in actual funds and the value of $400,000 in volunteer hours).
