We welcome new merchants with friendly, competent attention to each one's specific needs. We know efficiency counts when there is a grand opening or small window of time for upgrading systems or switching processors.
Our POS reseller partners introduce our technology and services as part of their total POS solution. They provide a high level overview of the features and benefits merchants receive with Mercury. They also tell us all about the merchant's business, desired processing start date, and any other specific dynamics that will help us deliver exceptional service.
We take a five-minute telephone application, determine the best rates, handle underwriting, and assist with completing the application. We keep the POS reseller informed at every step to ensure timely coordination of the merchant's POS installation with our enrollment process. Merchants typically start processing within 24-48 hours of enrollment.
