MercuryShield™ is a full suite of security technology solutions for point-of-sale (POS) systems: TranSentry™, our original MercuryShield integration application, removes the POS from the scope of PA-DSS by eliminating the handling of sensitive card data at the POS; TranSecure™ combines Mercury’s end-to-end encryption and proprietary tokenization technology to provide the best overall security solution; E2Es keeps card data safe from theft by encrypting it at the moment a card is swiped or keyed; and MToken™ is Mercury’s advanced tokenization technology that replaces card data with a token for subsequent transactions.

PCI Partner Program

We help our merchants comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Our PCI Partner Program provides discounted services from our Qualified Security Assessor partner, 403 Labs, for completing annual self-assessment questionnaires and quarterly network scans. Our POS reseller partners offer additional support and services if security gaps are identified. Merchants who complete the SAQ with no security gaps, or remedy security gaps that are identified, qualify for reimbursement of up to $40K in the event of a data security breach. MercuryRx™

Making flexible spending account health debit card acceptance easy helps our grocery and pharmacy partners win new business. With MercuryRx™, our host-based BIN lookup feature supports fast card type identification, and the merchant never has to maintain local BIN files. Mercury's customer support team assists merchants with the SIGIS certification process.

MercuryPIN1st™

Our host-based platform identifies the consumer's card type and drives PIN debit transactions first by requesting a personal identification number. MercuryPIN1st™ saves up to 75% in processing fees. Consumers prefer the convenience and extra security of PIN debit cards, and appreciate being able to use them wherever they shop.

MercuryAlerts™

We developed MercuryAlerts™ to provide proactive - and free - troubleshooting services to our merchants, in partnership with our POS reseller partners. MercuryAlerts minimizes processing problems by offering our merchants consistent batch closure, protection against fraudulent charges, and other benefits.

MercuryView™

Our partner portals provide up-to-the-minute transaction reports, as well as intelligent data and customized resources to streamline business operations. Our versatile MercuryView™ platform provides real-time transaction information, transaction history, daily batch and deposit details, and monthly statements.

MercuryPay™

MercuryPay™ is built into hundreds of restaurant, retail, and specialized POS systems. There is no additional hardware to purchase or extra software to install and support. Seamless integration with the POS system enables easy business-management features, such as automated record-keeping and real-time transaction reporting.

MercuryStand-In™

If a processing outage occurs, we turn on MercuryStand-In™. We developed this unique service so our merchants keep processing if there's an outage within the authorization network. We "stand in" - so business continues as usual.

MercuryLive™

Our MercuryLive™ customer and technical support team is here to answer calls and emails 24/7, including holidays. Our frontline customer service team quickly handles funding and processing requests, and our technical support team delivers direct support to our merchants and POS partners.

MercuryGift®
